Won't open scanned pdf doc ?

When I scan a document from my Samsung Xpress M2070FW, the document will not open: It says: "Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open "file" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged. Please help !

    Sounds like your scanner may be corrupting the files. Hard to say.

    If you open the pdf file in a text application (like Wordpad for Windows), can you copy/paste the first few lines of code?

    It scans to .pdf. But when I try to open it ... it gives the message "Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open "file.pdf" because ...

    Sounds like your scanner may be corrupting the files. Hard to say.

    Is it actually scanning to a .pdf file or is it scanning to some other file type? Usually the message says what type of file it is instead of just the word "file".
