Adobe Reader on Android Devices in Malawi

Dear Acrobat, I am wondering why it is not possible to install Adobe Reader on Android devices in Malawi. I get a message explaining that this app is not available for your location. There are not a lot of good alternatives available, and being able to use your software would be much appreciated. Thank you for your consideration to this question.
