cant export PDFs still after subscribed the export Tool

i have subscribed to the export Tool for PDFs, but when i want to export a PDF as a Page it says that i need to subscribe the Tool.

if i click in subscribe it says that i still have a Subscription until 2018.

would be nice if somebody can help me

Could you please confirm the email address under which you have subscribed for membership?

Just want to confirm, you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app on iOS to Export PDF.?

Try signing out and sign back in the application once to see if that helps.
