File download, name and number

Hi!

When I download a file, it appears  with certain number in acrobat reader. for example, file name as 41**, 5678, 1267 etc. Without file name, Its diificult to find a file and its also difficult to rename each file. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Hi shilpakk,

Could you please confirm the Acrobat Reader version installed on the device?

To do that, launch the app>tap 3 vertical dots in the top right corner>Help

Tap three vertical dots again and select About Adobe Acrobat

Android OS version installed on the device?

Tap Settings from the device home screen>About Phone>Device Information

Does the file name appear the same as you mentioned in your example in the "Downloads folder" as well?

Hey Acrobat Reader version is 17.1 and andriod version is 6.0.1

The file name is same on "downloads folder" and Acrobat reader. Mostly the files, that are numbered file names on Reader, are not on download folder. Though they were downloaded and not deleted.
