did step 3, ( I am on a mac )

other applications work,,,,,acrobat still won't work???????????????

Hi,

it did not make any difference..

the problem is almost certainly caused by the fact that I had a CS 6 30 day

trial that ran out. before I installed cs5.5, ( of course I completely

uninstalled everything ) could you look into that connection and see if

you can find a solution.

there  is only one user on my machine.    why would i want to do this?  and
