Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (for Windows 10) and create a PDF using "ACQUISITION SELECTION"?

Good morning.

I possess both Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (for Mac) and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (for Windows 10) and I noticed a difference.

How do you create a PDF using "ACQUISITION SELECTION" with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

I can not find the option in the menu "create PDF", Acrobat Pro DC!

Yet on Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, you can do it!

It is possible that in the next version of Acrobat has been eliminated this option!

Does anyone know how to proceed?
