Adobe Acrobat Pro Installation Issue

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro in 2013, and I now have a new computer I need to install on, but I cannot find this particular download.

When I search 'Adobe Acrobat Pro' I get forwarded to a web page with Acrobat Pro DC (Classic), Acrobat Standard DC (Classic) Acrobat XI Standard, Acrobat XI Pro, Acrobat X Standard and Acrobat X Pro. Not sure which one would be the Adobe Acrobat Pro I have purchased and have a serial number for, I should not have to repurchase because the website isn't clear on the download I need!

Assistance would be appreciated, preferably with specific instructions and a link as this is not my first time I have asked this question.

Also anyone else a bit angry that you cant actually get to talk to a human being!!!

Hi Samantha Hendy,

I have checked your account details and you purchased Acrobat XI Pro. You can download the installation package from the link below:

Hi samanthah9117393,

If you still have Acrobat Pro installed on your old system, you can check the exact dot version of application from there.

Navigate to Help menu and click on About Acrobat Pro.

You can Sign in - Adobe ID here. Make sure you login with your Adobe ID then choose Plan & Products > View all > Products > View your product and serial number.

Let us know if you need any further help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
