Adobe Acrobat XI Form Calculations

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if someone would be able to tell me why is it when I try to create calculations that I cannot activate the check boxes of say price, qty etc.

I can select all and deselect all but it won't allow me to select single check boxes in the calculations dialog box.

Help!
