Question

Continue to get errors when trying to download recent purchase of Pro DC. "Application Conflict - Safari needs to be closed to proceed with Acrobat installation. Please close and retry." Safari is not open.

I have the same problem. No Safari processes open and restart doesn't help.

Hi Sasha,

I suppose you are trying through the CC application. Please let me know if this is not the case.

Also to debug your issue we would need following infomation from your machine :

1. Error screenshot

2. Your MAC OS version

3. Your process list : To get this please launch the 'terminal' on your system and type the following command  :

     "ps -ax" (without quotes). Please copy the FULL output to a file.

4. Install.log, To fetch this log, go to

     Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder

     type "/Private/var/log" (without quotes) and hit enter and find the log in the opened folder.
