Creating form - want to have alternate date field restricted (Greater than 60 days)

Hello,

I'm in the process of creating a form for submissions right now, and I wanted to be able to restrict the date inputted, and have it be over 60 days in the future (thus imposing a deadline). This way if the date is anything less than that, the form will error out. Would this be possible?

I'm fairly novice at coding, so if you could indicate where/what the field names should be, I would so greatly appreciate it!!
