Document size spills over when printing

I've confirmed that the page setup on both the Acrobat Print Dialog Box and Xerox 8560 Printer are a #10 envelope.  But when printing, the preview shows the text/image running off the document, and this is how it prints.  I believe the hardware and software printing drivers are all set to envelope, the document properties indicate its an envelope size.  Printing using "fit" doesn't look right.  Thank you for your ideas, time and experience.
