Form address fields with additional address 1 needs to not show if blank

Hello,

I have a form that has address text fields:

1st Text box: Street Address

2nd Text Box: Additional Address 1

3rd Text Box: Address 2

Most of the time the Additional Address 1 field will be blank. If I want to print the form and that field is blank I don't want to show that field being blank. How can that field be eliminated and push Address 2 text box up if the Additional Address 1 field is blank? I know I could maybe put the Additional Address 1 field under the Address 2 text box but that is not how it should be. Any ideas?

This is what I want it to look like if Additional Address 1 field is blank:

1st Text box: Street Address

2nd Text Box: Address 2
