How to change a default "Save As" location on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Is anyone familiar with how to do the above subject line? I have to constantly save extracted pages into different folders and it gets tedious...

Also, is there a way to extract faster? I usually scan over 50 documents and have to extract maybe one or two pages from the scan and it opens up several tabs.
