Hello. The old PC was broken. We would like to install Acrobat Reader in to a new PC. But when we are trying to activate the product the soft pops the message tha one more PC is already using this serial number. How can we activate Reader in a new PC?

Hi ANDREY KOSTIN,

Acrobat Reader is a free service and do not require activation or  serial number for installation.

It seems that you are installing Acrobat application on your new system.

Please let us know the exact dot version of Acrobat application you are trying to install.

Also share the exact error message you get.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Yes of course. I am sorry I was wrong. We have installed Acrobat Pro 9.0 not reader! We have all the documents confirming that we bought this software.

Hi ANDREY KOSTIN,

Please let us know the OS you are using.

Make sure that you do not have Acrobat Pro 9 activate on any other devices and you are using the correct serial number.

You can check your serial number here : Sign in - Adobe ID.

Sign in with your Adobe ID under which you have subscription and select Plans & Products > View all > Products > View your products and serial number.

Regards,
