I am trying to save pdf's to my computer and the save option is not highlighted. I am on a Windows 7 probook.

I am trying to save pdf's to my computer and the save option is not highlighted. I am on a Windows 7 probook.

Hi ,

It looks like you are trying to save an already existing PDF.

This is the reason Save option is grayed out.

You could use the Save As option,that serves the same purpose ,rather gives you a dialog box where in you could change the name of the file or location if in case you want.

Thanks for your reply. These are new documents that do not already exist. I have tried the save as button but a blank screen pops up and never loads. I have tried over 5 different new documents. Would you recommend anything else?

Hi ,

Are you able to save with the Save As option or the if you use the keyboard shortcut to save the document.

If a blank screen pops up,then it might be possible that Segoe UI fonts went missing.
