Hi mona7333434,

If you are using Google Chrome to download the applications :

  • In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu .
  • Select Downloads.
  • For each item you want to delete, click Remove from list

If you are using Firefox to download the applications :

  • Click the menu button , choose History, and then Clear Recent History.
  • Select how much history you want to clear:
  • Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear.

Let me know if it helps.

Regards,
Aadesh

Downloading is not done by Acrobat Reader, but  by your browser, and it is there that the download history is kept.

Acrobat Reader has a quite separate recent files list, you can turn this off.

Also, crucially for HIPPA you must turn off saving recent files to the Cloud, I suggest turning off Cloud completely in preferences.
