I have a problem: today I try to install the acrobat 9.0 but I broke the dvd, so I start the download from adobe site but when I insert the data present in Software License Certificate they are not recognized why?

1. Acrobat 9.0 comes in three versions: Acrobat Standard 9.0, Acrobat Pro 9.0, Acrobat Pro Extended 9.0. Your license is only for one of these, so check you download the right thing.

2. If this is a volume license you cannot use the regular download.

3. If it is asking for a QUALIFYING product you must enter the serial number of the qualifying product, not 9.0.
