I have downloaded the Acrobat free trial but when I am asked to sign in with my Adobe ID I cannot type in any of the fields. How do I correct this?

I have downloaded the Acrobat free trial but when I am asked to sign in with my Adobe ID I cannot type in any of the fields. How do I correct this? I have an Adobe ID and can sign in without a problem when I go online and sign in at Adobe.com.

try a different browser.

if that fails, attach a screenshot showing the problematic sign-in form.
