I have to re-install my Adobe Acrobat Standard XI and have a serial number but it is not working???

I have to re-install my Adobe Acrobat Standard XI and have the serial number from when I bought it from ADobe but it is not working...says the serial number is invalid???

Hi sherrilk73035069​,

Please download and install Acrobat Standard XI from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  ​. Enter the serial number you have when asked for the same during installation process.

If the problem persist, please share the screenshot of the error window that you are getting and following log files from "%temp%" folder on your machine

oobelib.log

amt3.log

pdapp.log

Please download and install Acrobat Standard XI from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  ​. Enter the serial number you have when asked for the same during installation process.
