is the "combine files" tool included in "Adobe PDF Pack Monthly"? My PDF Pack receipt shows its included, but when I tried to combine files, Adobe directed me to purchase access to the "Combine Files" tool for a monthly fee. What's going on?

My PDF Pack receipt shows its included, but when I tried to combine files, Adobe directed me to purchase access to the "Combine Files" tool for a monthly fee. What's going on? Is the "Combine Files" tool really extra, or did I already pay for it?
