My Acrobat Pro 11 pops up msg 16 "Please uninstall and reinstall" whcih i have done 4 times already, then i run it and get the same msg

My Acrobat Pro 11 pops up msg 16 "Please uninstall and reinstall" which i have done 4 times already, then I run it and get the same msg.  I have spent 4 hours chatting with Adobe techs who have not helped.

Sorry for the delay in response!

Please Run as Administrator ( Right click on Acrobat Icon & then Run as Administrator ).

You may refer Error: 16

Error 16 on Creative Suite 6
