PDFMaker shows empty Outlook folder

I am attempting to use Acrobat X Pro and PDFMaker to convert a folder in Outlook 2016 to pdf.  However, PDFMaker is only able to see the most recent emails in the folders and does not recognize any of the older ones, sometimes failing completely, returning the error "you have selected an empty folder." The Outlook account is connected to an Office 365 account, and Outlook was recently installed on a new machine.  It appears that PDFMaker is only recognizing emails that have arrived since the rebuild, even though the Outlook folder shows all of the emails on the Office 365 server.  How do we get PDFMaker to recognize all of the emails in a folder, both new and old?

Hi Lance

Acrobat X does not support Office 2016. You would need to upgrade to Acrobat DC to use PDFMaker add-in in Outlook 2016.

Thanks
