Unable to open a form and read the document using ACROBAT DC- Need help asap!

Hi

I was trying to open a document from Canadian embassy and after I opened this it states (refer below picture below). I click the link given to upgrade the adobe reader however it prompt that I have already installed the program already. Please help! Thank you so much for your kind assistance.

Hi carlat51081980,

Right click on the Given link & select "Save link as", save the PDF on your desktop & now try to open the downloaded PDF using Reader application.

Let me know if you still experience any issue.
