Unable to print pdf files from acrobat.  acrobat makes me "save as", but still won't print the doc.  doesn't matter which printer.  have latest version of DC reader

Doesn't matter if the file was scanned or created in MS word.  doesn't matter if it is single or double-sided.   However, i can print the document from the Amicus attorney application, which makes me think it is an acrobat issue...

Hi chrisj38202138 ,

Could you please tell what Operating System do you have- Windows/Mac?

Do you see any error message when trying to print?

Also try to perform the steps which are given in this link: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Adobe Acrobat and Reader

Let us know if you face any issue.

Thank You!Shivam

i'm on Windows 10.

i've gone through those troubleshooting tips, which is why I went to the community.

I don't get an error message at all. I'm taken to the save as window, which closes after I save it. Then, if i go to the new document that I just saved, I go through the same routine when I try to print it.

thx
