When I try to convert an E-mail or a WebPage to PDF, pictures and photographs  in them don't come out, all that appears is black and a  question mark.

Also if issue persist, please check the behavior in different user account .

Hi  THOMASMORRISNTLWORLDCOM,

Would request you to provide exact dot version of software & OS installed on your system . Check whether any update  is available for the software after going through "Help > Check for updates".

Also after opening the software, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.

Also would request you to please share the screen shot of any document getting this issue .
