Adobe Digial Edition 3.0 "has encountered a problem needs to close" on my dictionary icon. Restore?

Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 stated "has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Sadly, it has been two weeks ago since I have been able to access my dictionary icon after receiving this message from Adobe. Hence, When? How? will my access be restored? Thank you for your attention to this matter!
