An unexpected error when uploading pdf file?

Why can't I upload my pdf file.  An unexpected error happens every time I try.  I want to convert it to Word.  Need to get it uploaded first  apparently.  My systems are all what are needed so what's the error?

Would you mind elaborating a bit?

Are you still having trouble saving your PDF into your ExportPDF subscription?

Is there a specific error message?

Have you tried other PDF's as a test?

I found the pdf I was trying to convert to Word was not viable. There was no specific error message, I think it just could not be read therefore could not be converted. Without being able to convert this one document there would be no need to have a subscription to convert any more documents.
