Cannot convert files to word.

I cannot convert my PDF to a word document. I have opened it both from my system and from my online account.

I select my file and the icon to convert to WORD. The CONVERT button does not highlight for me to choose what program to convert to.

I am signed in to my account, but it just wants to send you to pricing. Help.

Did you get any error message while converting the file to PDF document.

Also let me know which Adobe application or service you are using to convert the document.

Also try to divide word document into two word document and then try to convert them into PDF later you can combine them. Check if that helps.

I am trying to convert a pdf to a word document, not the other way around.
