Convert PDF Forms to HTML/XML

Hello everyone

My task is to convert PDF Forms to HTML/XML using .NET, so is there any API or SDK, by using that i can convert PDF Forms to HTML/XML

I know there are many softwares available to do this, but i want .NET API/DLL/SDK to do this

can i use Acrobat API/SDK/plug in to do this..??
