Delete pages question - HELP

Help!

I just paid for a year of Adobe, converted my excel file (which has 10+ pages and I only need 3 in the middle), and I somehow can't delete the sheets I don't need.  How do I do that?  I know where I can do this (at work), but it doesn't show as a function I can do on this version...
