Hi sperothelonewolf,

I looked at your account, and see that you have two orders that are currently processing: One for Creative Cloud, and one for Adobe PDF Pack. It can take several hours for an order to process fully.

But, once they do process, you should be able to log in and start using your subscriptions.

As for your first question, are you trying to download a PDF that you want to share with others?
