double subscribe and pay

I am Jim Holt not Debbie Boswell I just subscribed and paid and now it wants me to subscribe and pay again   pleae help  Jim Holt

    It seems that there is no subscription made under your current email address.  Once you subscribe to our service Adobe will send you 3 emails so please look at your email Inbox.
