I don't want to start a discussion.  I want someone at Adobe to tell me how the sam hill I am to access the product I purchased.

If you've purchased a subscription to an Acrobat online subscription (PDF Pack, ExportPDF), you can log in to the service at Adobe Acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. If that's not what you've purchased, please let me know what product you are trying to access.

    Thank you for answering my call for help.  I was probably just a little impatient and was not waiting long enough for it to work.  It seems to by working great today for what I need to do.
