can't print a document? error message : "

The file has not been processed.

An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF"

    Hi frankfiorella,

    I would love to help, but I do need a little bit more information to get to the bottom of the problem. Please provide the following:

    • Where you're converting--are you using ExportPDF to convert a PDF to another format?
    • Are you able to convert other files?
    • What's in the file that won't convert (both text and graphics, for example?)
    • What browser you're using (make sure you're using one of the supported web browsers:  http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/)
    • Whether you're using a networked computer
