failure of recent update 11.0.7 - bugs and glitches

Since the update to Reader and to Acrobat X, we have had nothing but problems - and they are getting worse. It started with stamps not being published onto shared documents, then comments being deleted without prompts, and has reached a point that the system crashes and everything gets lost. The "expert" states it is bug, and we have to wait for Adobe to fix this, but since no one can speak directly to the "man behind the curtain", we cannot be sure this will ever be solved. We are relegated to a "forum" where like-minded people can vent their frustrations, waste valuable working time (lost productivity), and ultimately look for a different product from an Adobe competitor. Nice job Adobe (sarc).
