file not translated but says it is

I have uploaded a pdf file to be converted to word and translated.

The file - downloaded back to my machine - is not translated

clicking on it on the Adobe site throws up the option to translate it

Message says that it is already translated

It is not

    Hi jeromexz,

    Please help me understand the problem a little better. Are you trying to translate a PDF from one language to another? You can use ExportPDF/Adobe PDF Pack to recognize text in a particular language, but it does not translate text from one language to another.
