I combined three PDFs online but the new PDF won't download

Hi there,

I have combined three PDFs but it won't download the new PDF! When I click on the download button nothing happens, or it says 'page not found'.  I have tried to download on chrome and on internet explorer.

How do I fix this?

    Hi,

    Please login at https://files.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password, and look for the combine PDF file then try to download the file.

    Please let me know if you still have the same issue.
