I didn't pay all this money just ask someone else in a community how to help me

I need an Adobe tech to talk me through saving my coverted files to a documents folder on my computer. I click the icons but there's nothing that happens.

Also, I need to get to the adobe tools from my computer without haveing to go on line and log into the site to get my work done. I've downloaded the installer to my computer

but all it does is load up the software and that's all. Nothing on my desktop by way of shortcut to the tools bar.

    Hi,

    I am assuming that you are a subscriber to PDFPack service.

    If you are trying convert your files to PDF files then you can download Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer to your computer and use it without loggin into our service. However the printed files are stored at Acrobat.com site.

    You can use Adobe Reader X or Reader XI on your computer to export your PDF files or to converty your files to PDF, but you still need to signin to our service.
