I paid an annual subscription of $23.99 for converting PDF to Word files but I am still unable to convert PDF files to Word? Can you help?

I just checked your account using the email address that you use here, and I don't see any order history. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address?

That said, it can take several hours for an order to process fully, so there can be a delay between when you  purchase and when you can access your subscription.
