I tried to convert a small (one page) pdf file (local bus departures) to word, but it always reported file conversion failure. No explanation or info available. What can be the cause?

But, there are a few things you can try:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com)
• Make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that could be limiting your access to the Intenet.
