I want this subscrition cancelled. If my card isn charged it will be contested. Anyone else have these issues?

The site is not easy to navigate and the next scheduled charge is NOT what I ordered.  I am not happy as all with the multiple logins, the way this works or the payment that will be charged which is NOT what I was led to believe.
