just bought acrobat standard and it won't download on my macbook

i downloaded the trial, then bought the software and now its telling me its not available for mac.  The trial downloaded and operated just fine on the mac.  Help?

    Hi Peter,

    It sounds like you downloaded the Acrobat Pro trial for Mac OS, but then purchased an Acrobat Standard subscription, which is only available for Windows. If you'd like to return or exchange your subscription for Acrobat Pro for Mac OS, please  Contact Customer Care. An agent will be able to sort that out for you.
