List of Highlights

Hi, is there a way to see a list of all my highlighted sentences from a whole document on the ipad or on a desktop?  Ideally with the heading and sub heading each one is located in. iBooks can do this and i wnt to be able to do it with reader (highlighting is pretty pointless without this ability)
