What do I do when my file is to big to convert? Or How can I divide the pdf into smaller pieces so it can be converted?

    Hi,

    Acrobat XI Pro has feature to split your PDF file into smaller files.  You can also use Acrobat to export your PDF file to Word/Excel/PowerPoint files.  I do not know how big your file is, but Acrobat will handle bigger file size than PDF Pack service does.

    Split document in Acrobat XI Pro:

    1. Open your PDF file in Acrobat

    2. Select "Tools" from top right comer

    3. Select "Pages" tab

    4. Select "Split Document"
