My pdf export is no longer working. Has my subscription ended or is it that you were unable to renew as i now have a new credit card

    Hi Robert,

    I checked on your account and it should be valid until April 14th. You mention you have a new credit card. Here is how to update your account info:

    Go to: acrobat.com

    *Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials

    *Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’

    *From there you can check on your status, log in/account info, etc. - and update your credit card!

    What type of trouble are you experiencing?

    When was the last time you logged into your ExportPDF subscription?
