Need help converting a document to pdf

I have an active account and want to convert a word document to pdf but can't because I received a message to contact support.  How can I get in contact with a live person?

    Hi SenaW,

    I would be happy to help you. I think I see what the problem is. You have an ExportPDF subscription, which allows you to convert PDF files TO Word format. To convert a Word doc to PDF, you need either Adobe PDF Pack or Acrobat.
