When attempting to convert files to PDF,I continue to get the conversion failure message. What gives?

    Hi kyriairyk,

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Create PDF. Do you get the conversion error regardless of the file that you try to convert to PDF? Tell me a bit more about these files: What format are they, how large are they, do they contain both text and graphics? What happens when you try to convert a file to PDF from within Adobe Reader?

    Please start with the following, and if you're still not having any luck, please let us know and provide a few more details about the problem:

    • Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/)
    • Clear the browser cache and try again.
    • Try a different web browser.
    • Make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings that are preventing you from accessing the Internet.
