PDF file to Federal Court Tampa

Why do I have to type my question all over again??

I have submitted a PDF file to the Middle District Court's CM/ECF mail system. It only accepts PDF format.

Word shows that file with the ADOBE symbol on the left.

I click BROUSE in the CM/ECF system, click on the Word file and it attaches.

However, when I enter it the system says "ERROR, Not a properly formed PDF file."

What's wrong? I have sent files before that were accepted, it has been three weeks.

Important!  Amended complaint , time restraints.

Can some one call me? (I'm on the monthly plan)

    Hi Hopalong-Cassidy,

    Are you selecting a file with a .PDF extension? You mention that you're attaching a Word file--not a PDF. Make sure that the file you're attaching ends with .PDF. And, you may even want to open that file in Reader to make sure that it opens correctly.
