pdf to excel online converter

I recently, maybe early March, purchased the pdf to excel online converter.  I have used it after I purchased it but now that I try to use it it says that I must purchase it as if I do not have a subscription....

    Hi chaidezlilia,

    For starters, please log in to your account at www.adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password, and click Manage Account. Make sure that your subscription is listed as Active under My Plans & Products.

    If your account is up-to-date, it may be just be that you need to sign in to your account. Please go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and sign in there with your Adobe ID and password. Did that do the trick?
