PDFs Not Combining

As a subscriber to this service, I just tried to combine two Adobe PDF files, twice...

Both times: Conversion Failure.

I don't expect this... and I find no Tech Support contact number or address.

Now that Adobe has my payment, they seem to have no interest in the functioning of their "product."

Hi Norm,

I'm here to help! How large are the files that you're trying to combine? It may be that they exceed the 100 MB file size limit. Or, it could be that you're running into trouble based on your connection speed. Are you able to combine other files? Or are you running into the same conversion failure error regardless of what files you try to combine?

For starters, please try clearing the browser cache, and try combining again. Or, try using a different web browser.

Best,

Sara

Dear Sara,

Thanks for your kind reply...

The first set (two files) was ~ 30 - 35 MB total, while the second,

different, set (two files) was 5 - 6 MB total.

If you don't support the current Mac Safari browser (and Mac OS X

10.9 Mavericks), or if your technical staff can't get this working,

I'll be forced to demand a refund.

This is NOT what I expect from Adobe.

Please advise ASAP.

Cheers,

Hi Norm,

What you describe certainly isn't outside what's supported. Would you be willing to send the files you're trying to combine to me so that I can take a closer look at them? If so, I'll send you a private message with my email address so you can contact me directly.

And, if you decide that the subscription just isn't going to meet your needs, I can process a cancelation/refund for you.

I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Please let me know how you'd like me to proceed.

Best,

Sara
